Two kinds: ground-level room additions and garage conversions.
Room additions: a new bedroom or primary suite, a bathroom, a larger living area or an Arizona room, built onto your home at ground level.
Garage conversions: turning an attached garage into a bedroom, suite, game room or office.
Can an addition match your existing house?
Yes. An addition should look like it was always there. We match the rooflines, stucco, windows and trim to your existing home, and plan the layout so the new space connects naturally to the rooms around it.
What does a room addition cost?
It depends on the house. Size, the foundation, tying into the existing roof and structure, plumbing and electrical, permits and finishes all set the price. Every home is different, so we price yours after we see it. The estimate is free.
How long does a home addition take?
Most additions take about 3-6 months from permit to finish. Your schedule is set during planning.
