Who handles design, permits and construction for a custom home?
We do, under one contractor. Every custom home we build sits on the client's own land. We handle the design, prepare the plans and engineering, pull the permits ourselves and manage construction through the final inspection.
Site work and utility connections, including water, power and sewer or septic, are part of the build. We bring in licensed trades where the job needs them.
Do you have your own custom home plans?
Yes. We have our own home plans in the 2,000 to 7,000 sq ft range, built on clients' lots. If you'd rather start from scratch, we design the home with you.
What does a custom home cost to build in Arizona?
It depends on the home and the lot. Size, the lot and its site work, utility runs, the plan's complexity, permits and the finishes you choose set the price. We don't publish a price because those change with every home and every lot. Your estimate is built for yours.
How long does a custom home take to build in Phoenix?
Permits typically take about 4 months, and construction about 6 months for a typical home. Larger homes take longer. Your schedule is set during planning.

Can I fully customize the design and finishes?
Yes. Start from one of our plans and change it, or design the home from scratch with us. Finishes are your choice.
Do I need architectural plans before contacting you?
No. We can design the home for you or start from one of our own plans. If you already have plans, bring them.
