Do you build detached and attached RV garages?
Yes, both. A detached RV garage stands on its own on your lot. An attached RV bay is built onto the home, like the RV-height bays we've built beside two-car garages on new homes. We size the door, ceiling height and depth to your RV.
Can you build an RV garage with living quarters?
Yes. Add a living space to the RV garage, with a bedroom, bath and kitchenette, and it becomes a garage and guest suite in one building. With living quarters, plan on casita timing.
Can you build an RV garage in an HOA neighborhood?
Sometimes. It depends on your HOA's rules, plus your lot's setbacks and height limits. We check them before design so the building fits what your lot allows. Acreage lots usually have the most room.
What does an RV garage cost?
It depends on the building. Size and door height, the slab, whether it's detached or attached, electrical and plumbing, living quarters, permits and finishes set the price. We price yours after we see the lot. The estimate is free.
How long does an RV garage take to build?
Most RV garages take about 3-5 months from permit to finish. With living quarters, plan on casita timing. Your schedule is set during planning.

How tall does an RV garage door need to be?
Tall enough for your RV, including the roof air conditioner and antennas, plus some clearance. Class A motorhomes and fifth wheels often need a 14-foot door, but measure yours. We size the door, ceiling height and depth to your RV.
Do you pull the permits?
Yes. We prepare the plans and pull the permits ourselves.
